After attempting to teach the evils of meat to your children, there was a 143 million pound recall that was TOO LATE for your kids in this school system. USDA announced the recall for fears of Mad Cow Disease. I was fired for trying to warn the kids and if just one of them gets Crutxfeld-Jacob disease which is the human form of mad cow disease, who are we to blame? How sad it would be if one Fox River Grove child, just one child gets a brain wasting disease through your fault? It is called spongiform encephalitis for a good reason. The district lawyer, Mr. Riley provided a bogus/inaudible cassette recording of the Sept. 24th proceedings (which would have detailed how 105 ILCS was blatantly disregarded - no transcripts were made and the tape Mr. Riley produced is inaudible) only after Mr. Suntrup ordered them to produce the transcripts just before he died. Mr. Riley to this day has not provided transcripts from the Sept 24th meeting. I sincerely hope the new hearing officer will be equally outraged as Mr. Suntrup was at their lack of compliance with his order. I was a tenured teacher in the state of Illinois, who for over 8 years never received a written warning for anything. These are the same transcripts that the Fox River Grove Board of Education refuses to release. The same transcripts that contain discussions of the children’s health and their total disregard of the issues I brought forth. They were to busy laughing at the thought of hurting/firing me. After my allotted 1/2 hour was up, armed police (as if I was dangerous) escorted me off the school grounds while the media was there taking pictures. Later, the Board issued their pre-scripted bogus press release to complete the picture. These are the same administrators who yell at their teachers and bully them, and in the same breath, ask their teachers to teach the students not to bully, laugh at, hurt, or intimidate others. These are the lengths that administrators will go to to protect their positions which enable them to force their religious views and subsequent dogma on generations of innocent children. These are the lengths administrators will go to maintain the statuesque and hide Humane Education from teachers and students, even knowing that, Humane Education coupled with a Vegan school lunch will end school shootings, wars, solve the healthcare crisis and heal/save the earth. I did ask for something in writing (which they would not do) that says, I am not allowed to work with animals anymore, but, they could not do that, so they sent me home. I am being terminated for my response to the pro-dairy propaganda in the school cafeteria in which, I, as an Art Teacher, was educating students about the power of advertising in the Visual Arts. Specifically, how the Meat and Dairy Industry uses its influence to shape and guide the values and morals of society through indoctrination. Charges, not limited to, but include the following: In retaliation of Dave Warwak’s performance of his official duties and in an attempt to avoid compliance and/or legal action regarding their neglect in addressing ILSC violations and other Child Endangerment issues, Jackie Krause, Timothy Mahaffy, and the Fox River Grove School District 3 Board of Education Members***, knowingly and willfully, exposed Dave Warwak to hatred, contempt, and ridicule, while Warwak was engaged in the execution of his official duties, in which, said members prevented the defendant from performing his official duties. SB0100 (720 ILCS 5/12-110) (was 720 ILCS 5/12-6) Sec. 12-110 12-6. Intimidation; aggravated intimidation. (a) Intimidation. A person commits intimidation when, with intent to cause another to perform or to omit the performance of any act, he or she communicates to another, directly or indirectly by any means whether in person, by telephone or by mail, a threat to perform without lawful authority any of the following acts: (1) Inflict physical harm on the person threatened or any other person or on property; or (2) Subject any person to physical confinement or restraint; or (3) Commit a felony or Class A misdemeanor any criminal offense; or (4) Accuse any person of an offense; or (5) Expose any person to hatred, contempt or ridicule; or (6) Take action as a public official against anyone or anything, or withhold official action, or cause such action or withholding; or (7) Bring about or continue a strike, boycott or other collective action. (b) Aggravated intimidation. A person commits aggravated intimidation when he or she violates subsection (a) and: (1) the person committed the offense in furtherance of the activities of an organized gang or because of the person's membership in or allegiance to an organized gang; or (2) the offense is committed with the intent to prevent any person from becoming a community policing volunteer; or (3) the following conditions are met: (i) the person knew that the victim was a peace officer, a correctional institution employee, a fireman, or a community policing volunteer; and (ii) the offense was committed while the victim was engaged in the execution of his or her official duties, to prevent the victim from performing his or her official duties, in retaliation for the victim’s performance of his or her official duties, or by reason of any person's activity as a community policing volunteer. (c) (b) Sentence. (1) Intimidation as defined in subsection (a) is a Class 3 felony for which an offender may be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than 2 years and not more than 10 years. Tim Mahaffy, as acting Principal, knowingly and willfully neglected his duties in reporting child abuse occurring in and out of Mr. Warwak’s class as required in (105 ILCS 5/34-84a.1) (from Ch. 122, par. 34-84a.1) Sec. 34-84a.1. Principals shall report incidents of intimidation. The principal of each attendance center shall promptly notify and report to the local law enforcement authorities for inclusion in the Department of State Police’s Illinois Uniform Crime Reporting Program each incident of intimidation of which he or she has knowledge and each alleged incident of intimidation which is reported to him or her, either orally or in writing, by any pupil or by any teacher or other certificated or non-certificated personnel employed at the attendance center. "Intimidation" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by Section 12-6 of the Criminal Code of 1961. (Source: P.A. 91-357, eff. 7-29-99.) Timothy Mahaffy, as acting Principal, knowingly and willfully prevented Dave Warwak from performing his said duties as described under (105 ILCS 5/27-12)(from Ch. 122, par. 27-12) Sec. 27-12. Character education. Every public school teacher shall teach character education, which includes the teaching of respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, trustworthiness, and citizenship, in order to raise pupils' honesty, kindness, justice, discipline, respect for others, and moral courage for the purpose of lessening crime and raising the standard of good character. Timothy Mahaffy, Jackie Krause, and the Fox River Grove District 3 Board Members***, knowingly and willfully withheld Moral and Humane Education from teachers of Fox River Grove School District 3 for 8 years, as required under (105 ILCS 5/27-15)(from Ch. 122, par. 27-15) Sec. 27-15. Moral and humane education - In institute programs. The superintendent of each region and city shall include once each year moral and humane education in the program of the teachers' institute which is held under his supervision. Fox River Grove District 3 Board Members***, Gerry Blohm, Steve Knar, Tom Mollet, Susan McGarrigle, Lisa Anderson, Kris Germain, and Pat Hughes are personally liable as described under (105 ILCS 5/22-7) (from Ch. 122, par. 22-7) Sec. 22-7. Liability for loss of funds. County superintendents, trustees of schools, township treasurers and directors, or either of them, or any other officer having charge of school funds or property, shall be pecuniarily responsible for all losses sustained by any county or township fund by reason of any failure on his or their part to perform the duties required of him or them by this Act or by any rule authorized to be made by this Act, and each of such officers shall be liable for any such loss sustained, the amount of which may be recovered in a civil action brought in the circuit court, at the suit of the State of Illinois, for the use of the county, township or fund injured. In these days of skyrocketing childhood obesity, hopefully Mr. Warwak’s students will take this health message to heart: according to the American Dietetic Association, a vegan diet is appropriate for all ages and vegans have lower rates of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and obesity than meat-eaters. Those books were joyously burned at a barbecue in which animals were roasted by members of an Illinois community. What was his crime? When asked what crime a barber was prosecuted for and transported away for a life of hard labor in a ship’s galley, she responded, “His crime? This revolution pits compassionate children against their uncaring parents. The revolution even has a name, “Vegan America – Revolt!” The revolution was born from incidents surrounding Dave Warwak and his persistent attempts to teach Humane Education at Fox River Grove Middle School in Illinois. Warwak explains, “The adult meat-eaters in the world no longer have a choice in this matter. This revolution belongs to the children. The children of today are smart and want a better world. They are tired of the shape of things. The children of today deserve better and do not want war, starvation, pollution, death, and destruction. They want and deserve a healthy and loving world. Just ask a child, you will see.” He then instructs those against his ideas to, “Go off in the corner with your roast beef sandwich, while we build a better World. We want the future and we want it now.” Warwak believes the adults in charge want to hide information from children and that it is the duty of every vegan and animal rights activist in the world to let the children around them know the truth. He proposes telling children wherever they may be and even goes on to give strategies. “It can be as simple as a business card with a message that you slip to children whenever and wherever you see them”. Warwak believes children are the transmission of society and for things to change, we have to be honest with our children. Vegans, Animal Rights Activist, and Humane Educators have embarked on a major campaign to educate the youth of America. Warwak explains, “We have some of the world’s best minds conferring the connections to Humane Education, the environment, health, wellbeing, truth, school shootings and violence in general, including war and ultimately, our fate”. Warwak might be on to something as we talked with the author of the ‘World Peace Diet’, Dr. Will Tuttle, who confirmed, “I think this new idea of giving kids cards with a secret on them is terrific. Let them discover for themselves. That is most empowering. And the ‘secret’ idea is brilliant. Kids love secrets. They know deep down that things are being hidden from them. So much is hidden - not just from the kids, but from the big boys & girls running around calling themselves adults.” Dr. Tuttle goes on to say, “This is the hidden secret root of it all – Warwak has his hand right on it”. When asked, to explain why he is so passionate about telling children the truth and changing his school into a vegan school, Warwak responded, “I can’t understand why they are fighting so hard against something so good. The World is behind us and prepared to help. There is every reason in the world for the school to go vegan and not one single reason to do otherwise” PETA’s Vice President, Bruce Friedberg is offering to help Fox River Grove Middle School with its transition to a vegan diet “We'll pay for food for a week, get vegan chefs in to help and consult, whatever”. The “Chicago Animal Rights Meetup Group”, “Mercy for Animals”, and other groups around the world are prepared to step in and help in hopes FRGMS becomes the first vegan public school in America. Could this revolution be inevitable, whether, we wanted change or not? Just Teach Art They say, “Just teach Art”. How about I come tell the world how you should be doing your job – even though you do it everyday to your best ability and I really know nothing about it. Do these self-proclaimed Art experts know what Art is? Or better yet, how to tell a real Artist from a sell out fraud. The sell out frauds got jobs for corp. America as commercial Artists. These are the people that used a special talent, the power of Art in concert with corp. America and brainwashed our parents, and their parents, and us in to believing Meat and Dairy is good and right. This hereditary ignorance continues today and it starts in Public Schools who conveniently happen to be afraid of change. Now when I say to my Art students that I want them to learn how to critically analyze their world so they can learn the truth about their world and how to deal with it. Talk about preparing Children for the future. Then I say; now let’s take a look at how Artists shape our world and drive morals and values. And so we visually analyze the Milk Mustache Ads in our cafeteria to find a perfect example of how Art has the power to shape our world. And with this knowledge, we can use it for good and reshape our world into a better one than our parents care to leave us. My 8th grade students are wonderful and I love them very much. For me to perpetuate this myth in fear of what uniformed know-it-alls might say about my Art teachings or in fear of losing my job or any other fear/excuse, I would have to abandon humanity. So, for all those who know more than I do about teaching, art, and morals, I am willing to always entertain new information. It is just these same ignorant remarks, partial truths, and twisting of things, I do not appreciate. Because, I have now made these things evident, we have a duty to act on them. Ignorance is no longer an excuse. Any school that helps to fund Factory Farming, and more importantly, uses beings of “lesser” worth, needs to re-examine the real message they are sending Children. It is no wonder that some of our young FRG Students drive knives through the centers of frogs’ bodies to watch them squirm and wiggle, as they die an unimaginable and horrifically slow death – do you see the connection or do you shrug it off as boys-being boys. Teaching these same boys a reverence for life is really the end of war, school shootings, and violence in society. Additionally, this is the answer to pollution, our medical crisis, and a whole catalog of societies’ ills. Knowingly, setting up children to live shorter lives, filled with illness and disrespect, and knowingly funding the misery, death, and destruction of the earth when you are given information that will do the contrary, is a crime against humanity. This is not the type of employer I want to work for, nor, is it the legacy I want my generation to leave for our beautiful, innocent, and loving Children who trust us to do the right thing. Too, is it that people understand that it is absurd for men to sit around and talk about whether a woman should be permitted to have an abortion, but then, a child should not be able to think about things regarding their own lives. As soon as a child is old enough to pick up a fork, they should be told the truth. Animals are not ours to do whatever the damn well we please with. If Children trust us to make decisions for them, shouldn't we be absolutely certain it is good and right? Furthermore, shouldn’t we always be willing to discuss these issues instead of avoiding them in fear of change? Please, I am tired of this, it is my choice, my kid, none of your biz - I say, then home school your kid, because, otherwise your child will most likely, spend 45 minutes a day with someone who cares enough to look into the truth, but then, you might look bad. No longer a personal choice when it infringes on others and the future of humankind. If a child insists on eating Animals, he can bring them from home, but Public School has no place serving Factory Farming’s dirty little secrets to our trusting and unsuspecting students. Lastly, how telling it is of our ignorance, to find we only consider our real, true friends, when we see they can help us in some way. The warning came in response to complaints from parents and teachers who were in attendance at the town's annual homecoming parade. Accompanied by his dog, Warwak allegedly entered the parade and passed out small cards to children. Police stopped Warwak, escorted him home and instructed him to “stay away from the town’s children”. At particular issue with police was Warwak telling children, Santa Claus is not real. As soon as they are able to pick up a fork - after all, what are you hiding and why would you want to continue hiding it – that is pure evil. Oh, I forgot, you wanted me to accept your rational to respect their decision even though it is wrong and then that same doofus claims the child is too young to make the correct decision and how dare you show those things. Stop all the whining. Schools all across Illinois and the country for that matter are snuggling up real nice and tight with meat and dairy and will resist change as I just showed. Prevention is the cure, leave your bandage solutions at home and do a little research. The best diet is Vegan. The science is out, PLEASE LET GO OF THE STONE AGE – THIS IS 2007. Our Children need this. The Human race and the future of Earth hinges on this. Your kids, family, and self all dieing of hideous cancers, heart attacks, strokes, and the list is a mile long – do some research and you will see. Oh how well I know, how Lazy Ignorance hates to read at all costs, after all, it might lead to change=work. Bad men are just immature selfish little boys who have acquired the power to prevent reason from taking away their toys. The Factory Farming Industry in concert with our loving Government has created the most horrific killing machine that is spiraling out of control. The only way to stop this is through Education Reform. Teaching our youth a philosophy of respect, responsibility, and love of life=Humane Education=Veganism. People with weak values blindly adopt the values of society, with no regard for right or wrong. Children are the key to saving our race, as a people, on this planet, for they are the transmission of society. Maybe you did not know that. Public School should be one place that delivers the truth in the form of healthy, nutritious food that is not the product of the suffering or demise of another being. Animals are not ours to eat, wear, or use in any other way. This is how the Hereditary Ignorance continues. Schools are one place that should teach students how to see the world as it really is. This is every Teacher’s job. The Art Teacher does it best though. Real Artists are really Teachers. We deal with the real world. People really do believe everything we see. You may have said, “I saw it with my own eyes!” Instead of teaching our children what to know, let them find themselves and how to decipher our falsehoods. Why would anyone want their child to live a lie and die early in a dieing World? Who would want to be involved with Factory Farming in any way? Who would want to ignore TRUTH? Within 5 days after receiving this notice of hearing, the State Board of Education shall provide a list of 5 prospective, impartial hearing officers. Each person on the list must be accredited by a national arbitration organization and have had a minimum of 5 years of experience directly related to labor and employment relations matters between educational employers and educational employees or their exclusive bargaining representatives. No one on the list may be a resident of Fox River Grove, IL. Fox River Grove School District 3 chose to ignore the Federal Trade Commission’s ruling against misleading commercial advertising in schools. I am being terminated for my response to the pro-dairy propaganda in the school cafeteria in which, I, as an Art Teacher, was educating students about the power of advertising in the Visual Arts. Specifically, how the Meat and Dairy Industry uses its influence to shape and guide the values and morals of society through indoctrination. Charges, not limited to, but include the following: In retaliation of Dave Warwak's performance of his official duties and in an attempt to avoid compliance and/or legal action regarding their neglect in addressing ILSC violations and other Child Endangerment issues, Jackie Krause, Timothy Mahaffy, and the Fox River Grove School District 3 Board of Education Members***, knowingly and willfully, exposed Dave Warwak to hatred, contempt, and ridicule, while Warwak was engaged in the execution of his official duties, in which, said members prevented the defendant from performing his official duties. A person commits intimidation when, with intent to cause another to perform or to omit the performance of any act, he or she communicates to another, directly or indirectly by any means whether in person, by telephone or by mail, a threat to perform without lawful authority any of the following acts: (1) Inflict physical harm on the person threatened or any other person or on property; or (2) Subject any person to physical confinement or restraint; or (3) Commit a felony or Class A misdemeanor any criminal offense; or (4) Accuse any person of an offense; or (5) Expose any person to hatred, contempt or ridicule; or (6) Take action as a public official against anyone or anything, or withhold official action, or cause such action or withholding; or (7) Bring about or continue a strike, boycott or other collective action. A person commits aggravated intimidation when he or she violates subsection (a) and: (1) the person committed the offense in furtherance of the activities of an organized gang or because of the person's membership in or allegiance to an organized gang; or (2) the offense is committed with the intent to prevent any person from becoming a community policing volunteer; or (3) the following conditions are met: (i) the person knew that the victim was a peace officer, a correctional institution employee, a fireman, or a community policing volunteer; and (ii) the offense was committed while the victim was engaged in the execution of his or her official duties, to prevent the victim from performing his or her official duties, in retaliation for the victim's performance of his or her official duties, or by reason of any person's activity as a community policing volunteer. (c) (b) Sentence. (1) Intimidation as defined in subsection (a) is a Class 3 felony for which an offender may be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than 2 years and not more than 10 years. Tim Mahaffy, as acting Principal, knowingly and willfully neglected his duties in reporting child abuse occurring in and out of Mr. Warwak’s class as required in (105 ILCS 5/34-84a.1) (from Ch. 122, par. 34-84a.1) Sec. 34-84a.1. Principals shall report incidents of intimidation. The principal of each attendance center shall promptly notify and report to the local law enforcement authorities for inclusion in the Department of State Police's Illinois Uniform Crime Reporting Program each incident of intimidation of which he or she has knowledge and each alleged incident of intimidation which is reported to him or her, either orally or in writing, by any pupil or by any teacher or other certificated or non-certificated personnel employed at the attendance center. The superintendent of each region and city shall include once each year moral and humane education in the program of the teachers' institute which is held under his supervision. West Fox River Grove, IL: School District 3 officials have denied Dave Warwak's appeal for transcripts. Recently fired for telling his students to keep veganism a secret, Warwak claims to have never said the word secret. "I said the exact opposite. The last thing I want is for veganism to be a secret”. Warwak is asking for time to review transcripts so he may prepare his defense. At particular issue with Warwak are records from the Sept. 24 closed-door meeting in which he was terminated. District attorney, Robert Riley feels surrendering transcripts from past meetings is an issue for the hearing officer to address on the day of the hearing. School officials and Warwak did manage to get together on one item of contention. Through a process of elimination, they agreed to allow Edward L. Suntrup PhD to hear the controversial case. Suntrup, known for his unwavering neutrality, was selected from a list of five potential hearing officers provided by the Illinois State Board of Education. A tenured teacher of 10 years, Warwak has been at odds with his school over their lunch program since April. The hearing is tentatively scheduled for Oct. 19th.
